Home from a busy day at work.
Just attempted my first ever from scratch creamy pasta sauce(goodbye, Prego!), and it turned out amazing! I have mastered the roux, finally. Add some penne, a salad of mixed greens, a glass of cabernet sauvignon and I’m in heaven. :)
